INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL ARTWORK:
PRE-REGISTER ARTWORK: several days before each Change Artwork date (refer to Calendar, left).
SUBMIT ARTWORK: Write Artist Name & Artwork Title on the back of properly framed and wired artwork, and bring for
hanging at 9:00 a.m. (Art work from the last exhibit must be picked up on the Change Artwork date.) Complete & sign
a Registration for Exhibitions form when artwork is submitted. The Exhibition Committee may determine the condition and suitability
of work submitted.
SOLD ARTWORK: The artist pays a 15% commission to the Art Club Treasurer for artwork sold in Art Club sponsored venues.
