Exhibition Instructions
Pre-register: All artwork is to be pre-registered several days before each Change Artwork date. (Please refer to 2009
Calendar dates.)
Submit Artwork: Write Artist Name & Artwork Title on the back of properly framed and wired artwork, and bring for
hanging at 9:00 a.m. (Art work from the last exhibit must be picked up on the Change Artwork date.)
Registration for Exhibitions - This form is to be completed and signed when artwork is submitted. The Exhibition Committee
may determine the condition and suitability of work submitted.
Sold Artwork: The artist pays a 15% commission to the Art Club Treasurer for artwork sold in Art Club sponsored venues.
