Barbara Roth Presentation

Barbara Roth will speak about "Drawing Without Fear"--watercolor and ink techniques, travel painting and how to keep an illustrated journal. She received her art degree at U.C.L.A., and currently teaches art at Sierra College, and Placer Adult School. She also teaches workshops in South Central France.
